Cedar Sky Foods Inc. is the culinary creation of co-founders Chris and Crystal Niddrie. Food entrepreneurs for over 15 years, they are excited to be working and living on the beautiful West Coast with their family.
Chris is a classically trained chef with over two decades of culinary experience. After graduating with a diploma in Professional Cooking from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Chris went on to achieve his red seal and then Certified Chef de Cuisine designation while working with some of the finest hotels and restaurants in Western Canada.
Our culinary team specializes in creating custom meals, baked goods and food products for retail, wholesale and food service customers.
